BPS Partners was founded in 2016. We serve both small and large corporations who benefit from our Founder's 20+ years of experience in process improvement, business and digital transformation initiatives across Fortune 500 and family-owned businesses who trust us to address both their simple issues and complex challenges.

To help us serve our clients better, we have formed strategic alliances with technology and outsourcing firms to offer digital and resourcing solutions.

In our experience, the success of a business transformation or improvement initiative is dependent on the art and science of applying the right amount of soft and hard skills at the right time and the right place to achieve desired results. The ability to work across all levels in the organization from C-suite to the shop floor with the right balance of empathy, curiosity and discipline (the 'art') is as crucial to project success as is the knowledge and expertise (the 'science') in techniques, methodologies, and tools.

 

We work with our client staff to gain a deep understanding of their problem or opportunity and actively engage them in designing and implementing solutions that meet their needs. This creates active engagement and buy-in of the solution. It also enables us to coach our client's staff in process improvement techniques and methodologies that help the client implant a continuous improvement culture and mindset in the organizational DNA.
