We serve both small and large corporations who benefit from our Founder's 20+ years of experience in process improvement, business and digital transformation initiatives across Fortune 500 and family-owned businesses who trust us to address both their simple issues and complex challenges.

Meherban helped us drive several key shared services transformation projects forward from design through execution. He used his project planning skills with the Shared Services teams in Toronto and in the US to successfully bring in Order to Cash and Procure to Pay processes for one of the US businesses in our Toronto Captive shared services. His strengths were project planning, executive communications, smart presentations process documentation, and transformation visioning.

In addition, most recently he has also been a key driver for our Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives leading through documentation, design, and project strategy. His thorough research on this relatively new industry initiative helped the teams to efficiently design the 10-15 processes in RPA scope. Other projects that he was instrumental in include an extensive training course on Finance for Business, a Global benchmarking exercise through Hackett, and reporting and planning software implementations.
